General Provisions

These purchase and sale terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") are a document tailored for the parties involved, establishing the rights and obligations of the Buyer and this online store (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller"), the procedure for purchasing, delivering, and returning goods, and other provisions related to the operation of this online store.
The Seller has the right to change or supplement these Terms at any time without prior notice to the buyer. The amended Terms are valid for new buyers who purchase goods from this e-store after the Terms have been changed.
All adult individuals and legal entities may shop in the e-store (minors have the right to purchase goods only with the consent of their parents or guardians)..

Buyer's Personal Data

The Seller ensures that no Buyer's personal information (address, phone number, first name, last name, etc.) will be transferred to third parties, except when the Buyer's personal information needs to be provided to the Seller's partners to ensure the quality of the service provided by the Seller (i.e., courier services, Lithuanian Post, etc.).
In all other cases, the Buyer's personal information (such as address, phone number, first name, last name, etc.) may be disclosed to third parties only in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
The Seller may use the Buyer's personal information for marketing purposes if it has the Buyer's consent (e.g., newsletter subscription via email, phone, etc.).
A Buyer who does not wish their information to be used for marketing purposes has the right to contact the e-store administration via email and send a written request not to use the Buyer's data for marketing purposes.
It is the Buyer's obligation to provide all personal information necessary for the Seller to provide quality service.

Conclusion of the Purchase and Sale Agreement

The Buyer is considered to have concluded the purchase and sale agreement from the moment they confirm their order in the e-store.
The Seller is considered to agree to conclude the purchase and sale agreement from the moment they confirm the customer's order and begin to fulfill it.
Neither the Buyer nor the Seller is obliged to separately notify interested parties in writing or by phone about the purchase and sale agreement.

Buyer's Rights

The Buyer has the right to purchase goods offered by the Seller in the manner prescribed by these Terms.
The Buyer has the right to terminate the purchase and sale agreement no later than 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods, by informing the Seller in advance (by email, phone, registered mail) about the termination of the purchase and sale agreement and the return of the goods.

Buyer's Obligations

The Buyer undertakes not to transfer their login credentials to the Seller's system to third parties. If the buyer loses their login credentials, they must immediately inform the Seller by phone or email.
If the buyer's personal data changes (phone number, address, etc.), the Buyer undertakes to immediately update the data in the Seller's system with the next order.
In case of termination of the purchase and sale agreement, the Buyer must, no later than 14 calendar days, inform the Seller in writing (by email or registered letter) about the termination of the agreement. After the Seller confirms the termination of the agreement, the Buyer undertakes to return the received goods by sending them (by registered mail or using courier services) to the address specified by the Seller.
When purchasing goods, the Buyer undertakes to accept the goods delivered to the Buyer's address.
When purchasing goods, the Buyer must comply with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

Seller's Rights

The Seller has the right to restrict the Buyer's activity in the e-store system if the Buyer harms the stability and security of the e-store's operation.
In case of unfavorable circumstances, the Seller has the right to temporarily suspend the operation of the e-store without notifying the Buyer.
The Seller has the right to cancel the Buyer's order if the buyer chooses prepayment but does not pay for the goods within 5 business days from placing the order.
The Seller has the right to cancel the Buyer's order if there are problems related to the delivery of the goods and the Buyer cannot be reached at the contact details provided.

Seller's Obligations

The Seller undertakes to provide the Buyer with the opportunity to use the services offered by this e-store.
The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer's right to confidentiality of personal data, except in cases where data must be provided to third parties in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer according to the delivery method chosen by the Buyer.
If the Seller is unable to fulfill the Buyer's order due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure),the Seller undertakes to refund the money paid by the Buyer within 14 calendar days.

Product Prices, Payment

Product prices in the online store are indicated in euros.
The Buyer pays for the goods in one of the following ways:
Advance bank transfer;
Debit / Credit bank card;
Paypal payment system;
Makecommerce payment system.
The Seller has the right to change payment methods without prior notice to the Buyer.
The Seller is not obliged to provide an invoice to the customer along with the ordered goods, or via email.

Product Quality, Warranty, Returns, and Exchanges

The characteristics of each product are indicated in the e-store. The Seller is not responsible for slight differences between the actual products and those shown online (in terms of color, size, etc.) due to the Buyer's monitor settings.
The Seller ensures that all products provided are new, of high quality, and unused, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
The Buyer has the right to return unsuitable goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods.
A Buyer wishing to return a purchased item must ensure that:
The product is unused.
The product is undamaged.
The original product packaging is preserved and undamaged.
The product label is preserved and undamaged.
The product set is the same as received by the Buyer.
The Buyer has a document proving the purchase of the goods (e.g., an invoice).
A Buyer wishing to return an item they do not like must fill out a free-form request, stating the reason for the return.
Refunds for returned goods are transferred strictly to the payer's bank account.
In case of return, the Seller refunds the Buyer the amount paid by the Buyer for the goods, including order payment and shipping costs.
When refunding the money paid by the buyer for the goods, the Seller does not have the right to deduct the amount by which the value of the item has decreased due to its use or loss of appearance, or due to other circumstances.

Consumer Rights When Purchasing a Defective Product, and Warranty

A consumer has the right to contact the seller regarding a defective product within two years from the transfer of the item. The consumer may demand:
1. Repair of the defective product or replacement with a product of appropriate quality.
2. If the seller does not repair or replace the product, the consumer has the right to demand a price reduction or termination of the purchase and sale agreement.

The consumer does not have the right to terminate the agreement if the defect of the item is insignificant. If the defect of the product is substantial or cannot be repaired, the consumer immediately has the right to terminate the purchase and sale agreement (get a refund) or reduce the price of the product.

Final Provisions

These Terms are drafted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
All disputes arising from these Terms shall be settled through negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
The parties are released from the obligations of this agreement if their fulfillment is impossible due to force majeure circumstances.
