Shipping and Returns
Product Delivery
In Lithuania, we deliver goods via LP EXPRESS and OMNIVA parcel lockers and couriers. The nearest Omniva parcel locker is automatically selected based on the postal code of your specified address (you do not need to choose the parcel locker yourself).
We deliver goods abroad via local postal services and courier companies.
Orders are shipped from warehouses within:
- 12-24 hours on business days.
From the date of shipment, goods are usually delivered:
- When shipping from a Lithuanian warehouse – within 3-7 business days.
- When shipping from the supplier's warehouse – within 8-12 business days.
🚨 Important information: Some items with a specified 1-3 day delivery may reach you within 6-12 business days if we only have part of the stock for that item. In such cases, the missing items will be shipped directly from the supplier's warehouse.
📌 The buyer must correctly provide their place of residence, phone number, email address, and fill in other required (*) fields; otherwise, the product may not be delivered or may be delivered to another person.
📌 Sometimes order dispatch may be delayed due to manufacturers and suppliers, high courier workload, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Product Return Guarantee
All products are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. The returned product and its packaging must be in the same condition as received; otherwise, the product will not be accepted and the money will not be refunded.
The guarantee does not apply if:
- The product is broken, torn, shattered, or otherwise physically damaged.
📦 When returning a product, all postage costs are paid by the sender (buyer).
