14-day return guarantee
We guarantee that if the product you purchased is not suitable for you, we will accept it within 14 days of purchase and refund 100% of the amount paid!
Return conditions:
- The product can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- The returned product must be in its original packaging, unused, and with all its accessories (instructions, wires, cables, etc.) and gifts (if any).
- The product can only be returned to the store where it was purchased. The customer is responsible for the product's transportation costs.
- When returning the product, it is necessary to present a personal identification document and the original purchase receipt or invoice.
- Money will be refunded in cash or transferred to the customer's specified bank account if the product was paid for by bank transfer. Funds will be returned by bank transfer within 14 days of product return.
The list of returnable goods or services does not include:
- Delivery, installation, connection, rental, and other services. Products manufactured or ordered according to the individual needs of the customer. Products with a limited shelf life (food, drinks, batteries).
- Devices whose use is restricted by certain parameters, one-time licenses, or similar (e.g., professional cameras, GPS navigation, etc.).
- Gift cards.
- Printer cartridges if the factory packaging has been damaged.
- Broken, damaged, scratched, or otherwise mechanically damaged products due to the customer's fault. Software, media with video and audio recordings, games without factory packaging. Microphones, headphones, and other wearable devices.
- Shavers, epilators, and other hygiene products. Prepaid phone cards.
Product return policy:
- The return guarantee (hereinafter the Guarantee) is valid when purchasing products in the e-store www.nordo.lt
- The Guarantee applies to all products in this store.
- A product that is functional and complete, in its original packaging, can be returned, along with the original purchase documents proving the purchase (purchase receipt), showing the purchase date, product name, and payment amount, and the Application (see point 5).
- You can return products within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- When returning a product purchased in the online store www.nordo.lt, and sending the product by registered mail, the buyer must submit an Application along with the returned product, stating: the buyer's first name, last name, bank account number, Credit Account No. or Order No., and the reason for return.
- The account owner must match the buyer (loyalty card owner). All expenses related to shipping the product are paid by the sender (buyer).
- The paid amount, including the product delivery costs paid by the buyer, will be refunded to the buyer within 14 days from the date of the buyer's notification of contract withdrawal, however, the Seller may withhold the refund until the goods have been received or proof of dispatch has been supplied.
- The amount of money indicated in the product purchase documents will be refunded.
- Only individuals can return products; the additional guarantee does not apply to legal entities.
- This policy does not apply to partners purchasing products for resale.
- Money will not be refunded if the returned product lacks its original packaging, components (incomplete set, e.g., no charger, cables, attachments, etc.), is mechanically damaged, is partially or completely non-functional, or is otherwise damaged.
- Product return is possible only if all the above-mentioned terms and conditions are met.
